Thanks. At 38 minutes I'll listen when I have wifi somewhere.
I did listen long enough to hear they are all recorded and on the website.
I was irritated with myself for missing an earlier call talking about healthier snacks. I can now easily go back and hopefully find something that is as satisfying as Chip Ahoys and a qrt of milk.
