Blueparrott B250-xt help

I finally bought a B250-xt. I also have an iPhone 4. It works good for my phone calls but it doesn't ring for my text messages or ding for my emails. Is there any way I can make those ring in the headset?

You might want to check in settings...I have the original I-phone and get all alerts through my Blue Parrot B250-XT
