My other truck has a Proheat. The sleeper was not properly designed to accept it so it never worked as it should and wasn't capable of dealing with extreme heat. It also had several problems. It's doing quite a bit better now but without a properly designed sleeper (that accepts the full size vents and hoses) it will never be adequate.
I don't have the air starter. I do have the air compressor that keeps the air tanks full. I may look into adding the air starter eventually. The unit is much quieter than most when on low idle (no a/c or air compressor) and is no noisier than others on high idle (a/c or air compressor).
Using a combination of the front and sleeper a/c or heat units it will flat out freeze or roast you depending on air or heat. It's definitely on my short list from now on.
