Thanks for the clarification Moot...I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out what the heck a GC sandwich was LOL Give me ham, sharp cheddar, provolone, and swiss...on grilled sourdough

Lawrence was probably confused, thinking a GC sandwich was a Grand Canadian sandwich. A Grand Canadian sandwich, from the grill up; a slab of bannock, boiled Velveeta, canadian bacon, french fries, lumpy gravy, another slab of bannock and topped with maple syrup. Traditionally this sandwich is served with a side of ketchup chips and washed down with a Double-Double.
