The very best thing is to drive a $printer for at least six months for someone else.
A full year would be better.
Learn the business. Talk to drivers.
Be sure this fits you, and your family if you have one.
You will not stay busy all the time.
If you take a weekend and read all over this site you'll learn quite a bit.
The last thing you want is a $printer in your driveway if this isn't for you.

First off, get " I want to keep busy " out of your vocabulary and replace it with " I want to make money ". Those two statements don't go hand in hand. Otherwise, research as much as possible and get educated on all aspects before you do anything. Second, we are leased to Load One and are extremely happy here. Now for the bad news. Load One has about a 6 month waiting list for sprinters and it's been that way for awhile. Good luck and be careful !!!!!
