Keith Bentz was a tad short with me

That's unfortunate and uncharacteristic of the person i've known for 13 years. The last three 60 inchers in our 384's flatbeds I got off him have held up very well and other than minor ooops, i've got no gripes. Heck, the first sleeper we got off him is mounted on a 96 W900L and has 1.8 million miles and still a daily runner

For the money, I put Bentz products right at the top of the sleeper market.

We've had no real problems with Bentz sleepers on the trucks we've been in. When we've had issues, we were treated very well and the problems were fixed.

What effect, if any, does it have on your truck and sleeper purchase plans?

Will the integrated sleeper disappear with Bentz?

We looked at and compared two units one a M-2 with a 100 in Benz sleeper , the other a Columbia with a 120 in AA sleeper. after all was said and done the class 7 M2/ Bentz combo came to just 12000 less then the class 8 Columbia / AA combo, and the AA just had so much more quality wise to offer. Bentz just priced themselves out of the changing expedite market. Our Columbia/AA sleeper is a fully integrated sleeper no more ducking down to enter the sleeper. Our first was a AB 84in crawl through, and it served us very well but after almost 4yrs we wanted to move to an intergrated sleeper. We have since been to AA for a minor problem and we were treated very well ,even talked with the cabinet maker who like all those at AA were very proud of their work. AA also does custom sleepers for tractors and were adding seating /sleepers on 6 military trucks. The integrated sleeper is here to stay.
