Been off road for 7 yrs.who will hire me??

I have been off the road for 7 yrs and want to get back to expediting.I'm now single and miss the road.But I've had companies tell me that I had to have recent driving experience.I still have my CDL's.Another problem is I have a felony that stops me from going into Canada.The felony is 19 years old and is a military charge.I'm homeless right now,so I will drive/work for cheap pay.If ANYONE has any ideas or knows who would put me to work,PLEASE email me ASAP and let me know.I have 4 yrs of expediting experience.Drove for 2 of the BIG 3 CO,Panther,Fed Ex C.C. I'd suggest you contact a Company who's owner still drives a bit. See about teaming with the owner if he has a interest in running team. I'm sure IF you are worth your salt, and not just another steering wheel holder, you will be able to find a ride. I'd stay away from the Company with too many little old/young ladies in tennis shoes that have not been challenged to use a bit of common sense in personnel actions and only use locked in concrete guidelines. Ya gotta remember, it's easier to send you an aw :censoredsign: letter, than it is to process your paper.
