This is one of the issues I usually end up on the liberal side of the argument. I would support the plan as long as the parts about them having to be in this country for 5 years and were under 16 remain as qualifications. There is little a 10 year old kid can do or would think to do if he was brought into this country illegally by his parents. If this kid is now a grown 20 year old man looking to work or go to school I don't see how we can hold that against him or deport him. He no longer has a home or family in his birth country and I would feel it is going overboard to kick him out.

Then once they become citizens they can petition the court to allow their parents in or to stay if already here. Dont let them fool you this is not only about some poor kids that entered illegally at a young age. Notice a requirement to speak English wasnt included.

That is true. And don't think for a minute that illegals aren't voting. That is the premise of a current lawsuit in Florida. Florida wants to purge the illegals from voting, and homeland security is refusing access to the database. Now one has a lawsuit against the other. Another waste of taxpayers money.
It is not your country, nor your problem. We are the one's being invaded. We are the ones who's laws and Constitution are being ignored. It is, frankly, none of your business.
I have NO idea who the guy on 'Scanners' is. The only scanners I know of is the one I have at home and the one I have in the truck.

There is nothing nonsensical in anything I have said. This is not a movie, movies are pretend. Our Constitution is being voided by a scumbag president. Our Nation being overrun. 12 MILLION or so who have no regard for our laws and want privilege for breaking them. A congress who does nothing and a Soviet style bureaucracy making regulations that carry the power of law. We have czars running departments with no congressional oversight. We have 'neighbors' on our borders who encourage smuggling, both drug and human. Yes, BOTH Canada and Mexico are doing this. Come up and talk to those who deal with it daily if you want to learn the truth. In the mean time, it may be that a fight might be the on way to fix things.
SO, get YOUR government to control the smuggling that takes place from Ontario and let us solve the problems here.
