Nope...been shown on here before, skyraider, and quickly debunked. The name of the film producer should be a clue: Gag Films

There are batery cells inside most 6 V lantern bateries but they are preaty much useless in size and No they are not shiny and clean. The fact they have fragile casings and in the best case situation if they fit do not work. Mostlikely they will leak or destroy your gadget .
