I Really hope you are Right, And I Hope that the People will Continue to Stand Up To Him and His Stupid Ideals Before it is too late! :D

"Stupid ideas", oh, I see, we missed those beatiful ideas of liberating countries that have weapons of mass destruction (no where to be found). I see, we forgot that there were 4 thousand service man from this country that lost their lives for some rich oil companies and contractors (600 mill to halliburton for nothing Aug 2006). At least Obama tries to save lives (yours and others) and he is trying hard not be a war criminal.

Im not gulliable, at least he is trying to do something instead of just sitting on his duff, lol Health care for everyone is a good thing. It can always be fine tuned.

No, it is NOT a responsibility of the Federal Government. No it WON't be fine tuned. They will just take over MORE if we get it passed. Tell me, has the Government done a good job with Medicare, Medicade, Flood Insurance or the roads? AND you STILL want them to play doctor for you?

I have my own insurance but for people who cant afford coverage, yes its a good idea. Something i think people are missing is>> If you have insurance now you are already paying for those that dont through higher premiums. Your Insurance company pays higher costs for doctors, hospitals, and drugs to offset the money they cant collect through people that cant pay, but you pay through higher premiums or your company does.

Let him be mad, heath care should be out of the reach of the government - period.

The entire system that we have right now, today, is the best anyone is going to ever have and to think that the insurance companies are making millions and ignoring the needs of their subscribers is foolish and false. You want the insurance companies to make money so they can be solvent to provide you the care you need, not what you want. When you are sitting there in the emerguency room and the doctors are first checking your insurance to see if something is covered, it is not because of the idea that they are looking at the procedure but because many insurance companies have to limit themselves because of mandates. Those mandates incluse a wide range of things and sometimes stupid things like Tattoo removal and hair restoration procedures, let alone Liposuction and botox.

They have a limited amount of money, and the federal goverment will end up going through what England, France and The neitherlands all had to do - ration care.

But the truth is, because of the unions and other factors, it is the people who have health care who are at fault for the mess. If the people would get off their lazy a** and learn how the system works, insist on being part of the process and stop with the free health care for all cr*p, then the system will start to work better for all of us.

They have some great misconceptions of the system and the governments roll in how to fix them, I don't want my insurance messed with because it took me a long time to get here and I will be worst off and have no control over my health care. I want to see the feds demand that the states uinify their laws and force interstate competition for insurance. Those two changes can make such a difference but people are lazy and want an easy path to something that the government souldn't be involved in the first place.

SO if we want to go down the path of free health care, fine then I say let's start paying for it by pulling the pensions of the people who use it the most into a pool and let them only deal with only one system that they want to bring health care to - Medicare. Starting with the civil servants, and then the UAW seeing it was my tax money used to help them, then we can go to the teamsters and so on. Let them all live on social security and only social security, let them deal with the buracracy of people who only see you as a number and file, than see what life is going to be like. Let's have the Oregaon plan nationalized for assisted suicide and allow families to take medical power through a simple panel and make life decisions for uncle fred or aunt lucy who is pushing 85 and can hardly move on their own.

I don't see where I mocked his view. I just asked him a question. His writing style is VERY similar. I really don't see how you think I was mocking him.

I Don't Care if He's Mad or Not Either! He should have Never Tried it in the First Place!
If he tries to Make the States participate in a "Health Care" Package then I don't see it going anywhere as the Governor is a whole Lot easier to Throw out then a President ( I Think)..Hopefully He will Just Forget about it, But I don't see that Happening Either Because he got his Little Feelings Hurt! :D

HEY OVM, I ran a few of YOUR kind of runs, you know, automotive stuff. I really dislike that stuff!! They paid well be REALLY messed up my truck!! The first one put some deep gouges in my floor. I needed to refinish it before I REALLY need to now!! The second one I was hauling paint. It appears that one of the containers leaked. I had a nice puddle of gray paint on my floor. Took MANY paper towels to clean up that mess.

Those were the first auto runs that we did in over a year. They were heavy loads, both over 8000lbs. Running them makes it much more difficult to keep the truck clean for my "other" kinds of freight that expect a very clean truck. Oh well, that is how it is. I do what a gotta do. At least they were on the "profit" side of the street, eh? LOL!!

That would work, BUT, NO pharma company is going to be very happy to see an old musty carpet in the truck. There is really no good answer. What we need are seperate fleets. One to haul so-called dirty freight and a second fleet to carry the "Clean" freight. Of course that will never work. There is just not enough of one kind of freight to allow for that. I just have to deal with it.

In MY bunk? I have greater objections to musty old carpets than they do!! MY answer would be NO wood floors!! A nice flat metal floor, no skid, would suit my needs FAR better than a wood floor. That would solve MOST of my problems. I tried to convince FedEx of this when I had the box built, no go. They still require it. That is to allow for nailing into when using "block and brace" securment, which I don't allow. OH well, we do what we have to do.
