Bad Companies

Don't need a Lawyer. The D.A is getting my money back plus 100% of the amount of the check in restitution.

The D.A is still going forward with the case. Just not against the owner. The owner isn't technically liable because he didn't sign the check. So Therefore they are going after and charging his wife with writing bad checks....

They've got 10 days from Friday to send me my money. Or the D.A will press charges...So this will be done pretty quickly...

Since I turned it over to the D.A its a state issue now. The Amount of the check puts it into a Felony classification....So the state will go forward with charging her...

She is also a British national...So more then likely she'll get sentenced then deported.......

I don't know about your state, in Austin Texas that gets handled by the bad check division. Sometimes a payment plan gets set up. I had a company write my company a heater for 5k in 1989. The bad check division set up a payment plan for $25 a WEEK with no interest. They never missed a payment, but it hurt me for a little while.

Your best bet, hire a vet! Please.

I've accepted the fact that I am gonna be hurting in the short run..So my primary goal right now is to make their life the most uncomfortable as I can legally make it...

From what I experienced in the short time I worked for them. They liked having control over their couriers....So I am flipping that role and making them eat their own words.....

I'm in Fort Worth The Tarrant County D.A also has a bad check division.......
