Our landing gear is three feet behind the wheels. If the slope is upward, instead of 2" ground to landing gear, you would have to adjust. In that case, maybe it would require 5 or 7 inches on that particular dock. The only time you would have to go higher is if you are backing in a dock, and you have to put the drives up on those wood platforms. Landing gear would have to be raised enough to clear the wood platforms. Very few docks have those, but they are out there. Remember, that unless you have considerable amount of weight on the back, the rear of your truck will always travel at the plane that the frame does. Basically saying that when on a flat surface, your frame is the same heighth front and back.

Mine has a plate on it that says Holland, but no numbers. I will have to wait until I get home to get the little book that came with it. If anyone remembers, they had these at the Mid America truck show in Louisville. C and J in Houston is who did mine. Another possibility if in the midwest would be Kenworth of Indianapolis. They do alot of box and trailer repairs behind the dealership.
A holland dealer should know what you are talking about.

Before I forget, C and J use to be out on McCarty Rd, on the east side of Houston between I610 and beltway 8

Won't be home until somewhere around Thanksgiving. I will look then and see what I can come up with.
