Auto Start system

Just curious... Does anyone use an auto start system that will start the truck engine if battery volts or reserve capacity falls too low? I found a company called FW Murphy and they sell engine controllers that still require a sensor to "read" the batts and close the circuit to activate the controller. I'm thinking by the time I do all that, I might as well get 2 dual purpose batts, a box, the solenoid, etc. and wire everything to the inverter and forget about it...

They say they are compatible for any deisel, all the way to a loco? The other thought is Pittsburg Power. I think they only do Cat engines.
The other autostarts are for deisel generators.

Yea man: I like the pretty SD70ACe myself. I saw this site after a Google search; probably costs 2 much. Exide makes a weatherproof auxiliary charger that bolts on the truck and works automatically. It specifically addresses the issue of extra electrical accessories, but I haven't found yet where they market it and for how much.
Anyway, think I might forget about it, and just do the dual purpose batts when I get a round tuit (ever seen one?- actually exists, probably a Wis. thing...) thanx
