2nd consecutive week of miles growth, the July recession, or depression is over haha. I hope :p
In Checotah, OK. Deliver Garland, TX in AM.
After crunching my July numbers. Although a bla month at best, I was impressed that the average rate per mile was up. Which translates to me as no bottom feeding low balling :)
Side note: Last week I saw a large OOIDA sign on the back of a semi that read "Say No To Cheap Freight"

Not impressed with fyda in Columbus never been to a sprinter dealer that didn't stock carrier bearings. On top that both failing at under fifty thousand miles has to be a manufacturers defect.

another day....yawn....boring....:)

Prank call other rooms from the phone in you're room?

When it gets dark, go outside, dressed in black, and beat on the doors to other rooms and hide?

Just a thought....lol..

Go to Wal-Mart and people watch as you sit in the patio furniture display?

Going to bed now...

Yes original, in my book they should be under warranty i would think they are part of the drive train. But then this knucklehead tried to tell me the auxiliary battery had the basic 36 thousand mile warrenty. It was after market installed it is the warranty the sticker on the side of it says.

slow is frustrating no doubt, but as long as you don't have to go back because they forgot to tighten a clamp or something stupid because they were in a hurry or trying to impress you....

I'd rather pay more to have a job done right than the opposite.I have often noticed the shops that I have had bad work done at were unkept, no organization, tools laying everywhere. To me, sloppy shop=sloppy work.If a shop takes the extra time to go the extra mile to keep his shop neat and clean, things put away properly, than the work usually follows suit as well.

There is a shop in Nashville, TAFA, (Truck Axle Frame Alignment)That is like this. You can eat off of the floor.Literally.They even wipe off their tools, and the truck lifts. The whole thing.Their reputation is unheard of.They've been in business for over 60 years. They are not cheap, by any means. And you're truck will not leave the shop until the job is done right. They do not have customers coming back to have job corrected.Their customer list and base is nationwide, out of that one shop. They take pride in their work, never in a hurry.

Morning Dave, ran into vicky in el paso. Was nice to catch up after all this time.

Well top of the morning to you as well, and Tina as well! A few of us have been trying to get a hold of her, left messages, atc, but no answer or return calls...WTH? Well, at least she is alive and kicking out there.

She seemed ok. Still a little stiff but I suppose that's to be expected all things considered. She was picking and going to nogales for Saturday.
