Is it me, or is it like really slow??? This generator is really saving my butt during this.....93 cents an hour to run.Thinking I should of went home.....

btw..our insurance guy's communications skills really suck.....not returned ANY of my calls as I sit here in the dark if anything is being done to get an adjuster out to see my van....

Ken, I had the same problem with a windshield replacement...since April 1st and still getting bills in the mail..He was hard to get in touch with...I had to get help from Bill in safety...I will be making a call in the morning and going to another company..

Who are you all using for Insurance?

Vince is being my point man on this.....I can't start the work without an adjuster to do the estimate....I've faxed all the incident reports and haven't been kept informed of nothing....so I sit. I've not even talked to our insurance rep.....Think I may bail out as well....

Just like everyone else who went through CIS. When I needed them the adjuster was waiting for me, not the other way around.

actually YES...The insurance guy called me at 7 am this morning....he is working on it...to get an adjuster to me.....forward progress....
appears there was a miscommunication yesterday and he apologized for not calling me...

Sounds like a standard fabricated excuse, imo....lol...Glad to hear the ball is rolling...ride his *** like Zorro..

IF the adjuster sees it today..and parts get ordered....I am still looking the middle of next week to get rolling...

Not trying to sound negative here, but I am thinking the end of next week.At the earliest.I hope I am wrong, and it is sooner. But, it does seem slow out here, at least for me, anyways, so who knows, this may be good timing, if there is ever any, for this kind of thing to happen.Time to put the hopes and dreams on hold, and start the survival mode....

Maybe offer to buy Nick and Jenny's Sprinter from them, and put you're engine in it.As close to a new 5cyl Sprinter as you can get.Just a thought.

since my engine is new...why not just swap engines?.....I have a feeling everything will go fine tho here....I have a price listing for the mechnical parts, just what the body work cost will be the kicker
