Y do you do the gas receipts? I just toss them into a folder in case I am audited...The only ones I actually add is the gas for the generator that is tax deductible...

We decided to stop at the J in South Beloit, Il. Doing a 19 now. But I think this gets us closer to the freight than at the Minnesota, Wisconsin border. Hopefully we can get a good load in the morning.

Empty in Columbia and the only unit of any kind with load 1 within over 150 miles...
Dropped the van off... scanner said Low voltage...Low Fuel Pressure Sensor....hopeful just a bad connection, since it was disconnected when new rail was installed....we'll see....back in my room....

Is the shop working on it today or did they just scan it?
The shop is backed up with previous work....They 'll squeeze me in when they can..it could be a 5 minute fix or 2 hour fix to trace the short....

Hopefully they will get you out quick and right.
If they get me done by noon I'll go in service but come back to the room for the heat for the day....They wanted me to DH to Memphis..But I'll foot the bill and go to KC instead...I have more luck there and it is COOLER!!! and same miles.

Hey Chef,
Tracy wants to know how you knew to go to Peru, Il.
We drove to South Beloit, Il. and decided to stay there for the night. I told Tracy that we would get a call about 10am.
Well we got a call at 10:30am and it was picking up in Sycamore, Il., which is very near Peru. Super Hot load to Comerica Park.
Tracy wants to know if you have a crystal ball or what. He says to look in it again for us, lol.
Actually we are on our way home now. I had needed to be back to the yard this morning for an appointmet but wasn't able to make it due to being hung out for the weekend. So I am going to try and salvage the appointment by seeing if I can do it tomorrow morning. If the person is not able to meet with me tomorrow then we will go back in service and get a load from home. We are not in the count being at home with the yard like you are when you are at home. We don't usually have a hard time getting a load from home.
