Hey JuJu,
Can we order some of those pickles? If so, what do you charge for them, with shipping and all included.

First batch..8 quarts..had to make some more "juice" and I still have half a sink full..boy did I wait too long to pick!

second batch...another 7 and still got cukes waiting..gotta go boil some more jars and lids...And four more done...and just one little tiny cuke left..just couldn't squeeze it in..

so the total for the day..19 quarts and one heck of a mess in my kitchen!

Picking up in Memphis, TN going to Neehah, WI. Glad to be rolling again!

JuJu you have so much energy to can. Pickles are the only thing I actually like to can. I haven't done any in years though. You sure keep busy with that garden of yours.

I wish I would have known about you before we moved from our old house almost 2 years ago now. I had over 200 jars, I left with the house, I could have sent you. Although that would have taken a lot of room in the Sprinter. Oh well, thanks for the pickles, really appreciate it and looking very forward to them.:)

Hey Dennis...what do you think these pickles would be worth if I started charging a little something?

I was thinkin before you asked...i mean are you growing the dill? Then the salt, the jars...our time...

I am not sure but I'd think $3-4 bucks a jar woouldn't be out of the question at all....I'll pay....

But...you know it will be gone before it gets back to SD...:D

That sounds reasonable..vinegar, salt, jars, propane to heat it all up, gas for the rotor tiller to till the garden, cucumber seeds, mosquito repellant for my legs...*LOL* Let's just call it $3 with jar return and $4 for those that don't get returned...and Ken can play cashier and I've got that charge card to spend his cash...*chuckling*

Whatcha think Ken...you wanna play cashier for me? You've always wanted me to put up a road side stand and now you can play in my sand box!:D

and yes I grow the dill too..planted it one year and now it's growing crazy!
