Army says--No to Detroit

Army rejects Detroit for its Futures Command, citing livability deficit

they can come to Tennessee, we rank 64, not 47 like Detroit.......Tennessee has a more friendly atmosphere,imho

There are so many military posts and bases with unused and excess capacity they should not look at building anything anywhere.
