Arkansas Cellular phone restrictions

First I'm not sure if it's one or both. Starting last Saturday
10\1\2011 it is unlawful to either text or use a cellular phone or both in a School district or work zone.

What a wonderful idea! And I know that we all can count on Arkansas motorists to cheerfully and conscientiously abide by the law. It is truly remarkable how compliant motorists are nationwide with the cell phone and texting laws that are going on the books today.

No texting, and certainly no phone calls in a school zone is probably a good thing. Teachers will certainly appreciate it. Getting road construction crews off the phone and back to work is also a good thing, I think.
