All of the regular, pay, copy of the contract, how is the leased company to work for etc..

Then LISTEN, his answers should tell you (if he talks on and on, and on) do I want to work for this person. Has he tripped himself up. People who are full of crap generally cannot shut up.

Before I offer my answer - and I hope other fleet drivers do too - I'd love to hear from owners. What questions do drivers ask thatlead you to believe you have a good prospect, and what questions or comments lead you to believe you have a bad prospect?
