I would kill to be in your shoes, layout. When we were out west, we stayed busy. Long runs, good money.
We've been stuck on the east coast since a home break last month. I should not complain, however. Got a load from Owings Mills, MD, to Toronto, that took us right by sister's house for layover en route on Easter. Thought we'd be stuck in Canada, but got a load that delivered to a town near Cape Cod this morning.
We appear to be staying in Providence, RI for the evening. Known only to me as freight wasteland (second to Parkersburg, WV).
We wanted to go west after going back in service last month, but am thankful to have avoided all of the nasty weather.
I'm ready for it now, though.
