If you're home out of service that means the truck is out of service.
You need to make more effort to place the drivers out of service.
Schneider randomed a friend while he was sitting in a hotel having beer and pizza.
Car hauler buddy bought a six pack, threw it in the trailer and drove across the street to a hotel.
LEO saw it, ticketed him for alcohol( not manifested as part of a load) and he lost a great job.

I rarely drink and my medical card was expiring soon so it really didn't hurt anything. My brother and I wondered what would happen if I failed the breathalyzer since I was off duty.

We always take our selves out of service when at home. I also make it a point to be off shore, out of cell phone range as much as possible. Then there is NO way they can call me! I guess they could send out a Coast Guard cutter if it was all that important!
