Hate seeing that happen. Is it a Freightliner part or something an International or other dealer might have?

Its the drain plug on the radiator. Only freightliner carries it. Im just so ****ed cuz its not something that should break and no way to tell if its about to. Tryin to get a hotel room now after all is said and done we are looking at at least a grand over this... worst time to be broke. Will Load 1 front the hotel room? Dunno if we can cover it and food for the weekend.

Cherokee: for future reference, a Corporate Lodging card is a lifesaver in an emergency, especially if you don't want to pay for the room right away. [The hotel bills Corp Lodging, who will then deduct it from your bank acct a few days later - gives you a chance to make sure the money is there.]
It's a great program, with discounts on rooms everywhere, a website for finding a room [can filter for truck parking, pets, pool, etc], and a couple perks I really like: every stay is 24 hrs - check in at 7 pm, that's your check out time. And if you need to call the people at CLC, [like when a desk clerk says you don't get to stay for 24 hrs] the number is on the card, and you will talk to a person, not a list of menu options.
O - and you never pay for the program unless you use it, with a $5.00 fee added to the room charge - sweet deal, IMO.

I like it for the occasional 'cable tv & indoor plumbing break' when out for an extended time, but it's wonderful in an emergency too.

At Methany? Hopefully they have the part. There is a large Freightliner dealer here in Columbus. If they have it, I can bring it down if that'll help.

Shocked at the offer! Thank you! we will know monday if they have it. The roadside guy called a freightliner mechanic at home he said its a common issue. so hopefully that means that have the part LOL :)

Good part is Florida, but forecast is rain everyday. But this is a pretty quick trip anyway. Home on Tuesday. Doesn't matter much on these trips. Hotel convention rooms are always bright and 72 degrees. LOL. This one is called NASSTRAC. Lots of bigger national type shippers in retail, mfg and 3pls. We have a booth in it again this year highlighting our expedite and air charter services.

its been years since i have stayed in a Motel 6... Now I remember why lol. Cheap yes... but paper thin towels no amenities bed as hard as the floor. and laminate hard wood in a hotel is interesting... lol. I will not forget again it may cost more to stay at a nicer place but my back would thank me LOL
OH and NOT free wifi...
