I am wondering the same thing here...all I have been doing is mostly smaller runs...Last week, did a whopping 343 loaded miles..this week, so far, did a huge 412 loaded miles...This aint good...The last load I took was a 3,672# er, and it paid less than a load within my limit..go figure...lol..Last time for that one! Is it really this slow? Or is it just me? my vehicle? Cant afford a new one, so this one's gotta work for now. got me wondering and worrying..And the way it has turned out, where I have ended up, I couldnt even collect on any layover pay...But, I have enjoyed the showers and drivers lounge so much while at the main office..so thankful for that. And for meeting so many nice drivers while there.

At the drop off point, just north of St. Louis, MO. The receiver doesn't open till 9am CT arrived 3:30am ET, so parked at the dock and getting some shut eye untill they open to receive their freight, seems to be a cross dock. Then hopefully another run for the weekend!

Ok, just loaded out of Charleston SC headin for Taylor...

Stole my 1st ST load...6 skids 48x45x35...3250 lbs...stacked 2 high 3 deep...and the suspension still in "squatting" yet...the ft end is not "light" at all...just like driving empty.....This is why I bought this truck....:D

Oh and my driver as run 6 loads in 5 days this week...:D right places at the right time...The 1st thing I told him, :if you sit more then 2 days, move...if there are more then 2 vans ahead of you in any one place, move....he follows directions well..he as let Taylor twice and was loaded within 2 hours each time...:D

Chef, that could have been my load! Congrats! We are in Pontoon Beach, Ill. near Granite City, just east of St. Louis. Hopefully will get something soon.
Loads have been light lately. We are doing about 1/2 to 2/3 of what we did in the month of February in the month of March. But dispatch works hard for us and we can't complain much since we are still in the black where we were always in the red with previous company.

Jeremy came through! He called us and said he couldn't find anything out of St. Louis but found a load 200 miles away that comes back to St. Louis delivering on Monday 10am picking up tonight by 11:00pm. Pays very well for the amount of miles it is. So glad to do it. It will finish out our week nicely.
Great Job Jeremy, Thanks!
