After a pretty decent last 3 to 4 weeks, am sitting with 169 loaded miles...still in Dayton, OH and have not gone oos. About to find something to sacrifice to the freight gods...

Good Coffee morning! Waiting on a call back from my Doctor to get in for a follow up, I trust him more than the ER Doc that looked all of 15 years old. The rest of the week I'll just be getting in my Jammie's Time
Hope ya get it all figured out and fixed.
I haven't put my pants on since Monday. Stuck in Tn and in 5 min the Tn. page of my atlas will be laying in the ditch because I won't be back. This is getting really stupid, Since Sunday morning, they haven't been able to secure one load? I find that hard to believe.

I was in Georgia and had to chase one in Tennessee to get a load back north

Unloaded early in Troy , MI. Ride north engine light kept coming on every 60 miles or so , truck would start to shut down , then would resume normal speeds again . I decided better take it to the vet before I have to put her down . ( not really , but she is getting old ) . Have a great week fellas

Had same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. No idea what caused it. Cruise control also stopped working. Was going to change out those modules near the rear axle (forget what they are called) based on freightliners recommendation.
Only thing I did was change out fuel filters because they where getting a little older then I like, not because they where plugged, just old. All is working perfect now which leads me to believe I may have some problems with the fuse box and or wires which is mounted on the left front fender in the engine room. Bad spot for it and it was where I leaned on and set my tools to service the truck. I must have bumped something just right. Hope ya get your straightened out.

Well after some research while sleeping at the consignee ....I found that this is fairly common on my cat 3126 engine . Should be just a sensor . But to be safe , will get oil change and fuel filters done as well . If it's any more than this , it's time to take the old girl out to pasture . Ps my cruise was still working , and was losing power on and off .

I don't venture much outside of the " ZONE " for us , just for that reason . When I stay in the main MI, OH, KY, IN, IL areas , they have been working me everyday that I'm in service . Occassionally ( is that too many letters ) I'll get stuck for a day , but not too often .

Get it diagnosed before ya sink a few hundred bucks into a service. If the pasture is in the future why spend money on service. Chances are servicing truck won't fix it. But what do I know. Good luck.

If it's more than what I think ......your right . Time to move on . But if I can get another year , or even fifty to sixty more loads while I find the right used truck , then I'll pay the six hundred to a Grand for this .

I agree, I did this one based on, oh yeah we get a lot of freight out of there. But yeah the magic circle here has gotten awfully flat.
