That would make sense then. So they must not be on that over/under 26k deal anymore. Sure is a lot nicer doing this way !!!!

Hopefully we are getting loads back or great rates going out. We had two nibbles in Phoenix today but no call backs. Unless something happens tomorrow I see a long DH in my future for Sunday. I vote for something happening versus the latter. LOL
