well..washed the truck...replaced the licence plate light assembly....waited for Guido to get uo (he is still sleepin) talked with Dreamer, John, 2 of Barkers drivers....Started the day 8th, got to 6th...decided to go home and have dinner with Grandma....maybe get out tomorrow....

Ive never been that far west and there isnt much out there that Im interested in...but that would be one of them. I would love to see those redwoods one day.

They were amazing. I dont really know how to even describe it. When you are standing in the middle of one that is hollowed out and you can't even come close to touching the sides. It was definitely worth the detour and the time.

Still in Chicago had some bulbs go out so replaced the headlights with the sylvania silverstar xenon they are a huge improvement over stock very bright little blueish tint to them. Couldn't find a tag light but found one that fit but its a little loose and don't fit correct so when it moves it cuts out so gotta rig them up to work or buy some at a dealership

VM does not stand a chance against me now.....lol..Completely re juvinated.Greased lighting.To say I feel good now is an understatement!

May end up going down to Elkhart to get the A/C unit done, while it is still cool, and it seems slow.

Had a barn burner to Louisville overnight. Just got a load 335 DH to Virginia going to Kansas. I really need to be more careful about what I wish for.

Sorry to say that I'm having to deadhead home, again.

This is only the 6th time in a row, which isn't bad because I have only been with L1 six months.

This time is 775 miles which is better than last months 800 miles but worse than Feb 700 miles but worse than Jan 600 miles and Dec 650 miles. I don remember how far Nov was, I'm sure it was no different. Sure wish we done more business in the Carolinas, must be the 99% automotive freight we do.

Morning guido from sunny corpus christi. Deliver here in about an hour. Nice overnight load down here and hopefully a nice load back out. Hope everyone else is doin ok.

Hey cuz, that dh thing to home, ya that's a pickle. It's never there when you want it. There is still freight going down there, isn't there ??? I do have to say that some we know that went that way often with different carriers don't seem to be going that way much lately. We usually dh home about 400 miles every time. That's about all the closer we can get and we are in a great location. We figure, when its time to go, put it in the wind.
