It's alarming. The moral corruption of young children is unforgiveable. If the LGBT groupies want to take a magic carpet ride into some gender-bender fantasyland, it's rather harmless. However, when they start trying to mainstream their pathos in the school curriculum, that's a problem for local school boards and state legislatures to address.
I think it's an affectation, a fad, a typical adolescent thing. I noticed many years ago, that they use the words 'gay' and '
' as the ultimate insult possible, and they didn't really internalize that, either.
I also think it's just as wrong to make those who are attracted to their own gender, or believe they are trapped in a body that doesn't fit their internal view of self [and I mean a longstanding belief, evident since childhood] feel they are morally corrupt as it was to force left handed people to change because being left handed was a sign of the devil.
Sometimes, local school boards and state legislatures ARE the problem, giving ultimate credence to their own religious beliefs, while dismissing everything learned in the past century as "fantasyland". Fantasyland would be where every baby is clearly perfect, and no one makes any mistakes, pre or post natal.
