Id get a lawyer and sue them for breech of contract, verbal and other wise. I need to stress this again that you are contracted by a carrier and not an employee!

What else can be said?

You are entitled to your opinion even if it is totally without merit.

With regards to the larger carriers, you will likely see more posts, both positive and negative.
Why? Because there are alot more drivers and owners representing them.
That might be a fact in which you can start.

Good luck at Conway.

I'm still a lowly Newbie, but I would like to put in my two cents worth. Just this evening I reconciled a couple of my pay sheets with my pro bills. Some loads I was paid more miles that the QC said, some less. Don't know why. Some FSC was more, some less. Not very much, but a difference. Not enough to :censoredsign: about, though. As far as actual miles, vs quoted miles, some loads were more, some less. It appears to all wash out. When I started out, the first couple weeks, I screwed up some paperwork with two stop loads, detention, and a couple other situations. PII caught my screw ups and paid me for them. I have no complaints.

Thanks. :+ :+

Panther II is a fine outfit. If every carrier has problems with 1% of its trucks, the carrier with the most trucks will have the highest number of problems, though it is the same percentage as the other carriers.

As far as suing people, in my previous life I left a lot of money on the table because I tried so hard to talk people out of suing others. For all of you who are not aware of this, if you are in court over a matter you have already lost. The only people who win when you go to court are the attorneys.

Making noise about suing your carrier is silly, though I appreciate BigDiesel's "no guts no glory" approach to expediting. The first time you get a really sweet load from a dispatcher to help make up for a crappy load you took when the dispatcher really needed it, though, you will realize that a more nuanced approach is what will get more money in your pocket in the long run.
