Another stupid move by Boehner. Waste of taxpayers money and will accomplish nothing other than Obama laughing. This lawsuit will go nowhere.

It should go somewhere. Obama is very much out of control. He has no legal right to change laws, not enforce laws, etc, that have been passed and signed. He is overstepping his bounds and it is the job of the house to reign this despot wannabe in.

How else would you suggest they do that? I agree it will go nowhere since the likely hood of ANY Demoncrat caring about holding the person in the White House to his constitutional limits is slim, since they to agree with the Constitution and want it eliminated.
