Not in the US. The government even wants to control where and when companies can move plants. Just a Boeing.
I would LOVE to have enough money to form a company. I would have a blast sticking it to as many as I could. The unions for all the garbage they did to me over the years and the government just because they are there. English tests, basic math, etc.
I would put in an OPEN shop, IN MICHIGAN, and KEEP it that way!! I would promote, fire, and give raises on performance ONLY! Nothing else matters.
