Not individually, because Christians don't have different ears or a design on their forehead or something like that. But we do know that Christians are all those whose sins God has forgiven, because surrendering to Christ is the only way to have one's sins forgiven. So yes, we do know Muslims aren't forgiven.
It isn't because it's what I believe, but rather that it's true regardless of my belief, and so I conform my belief to it.
Well, they may not be forgiven by God, but they are forgiven by Allah.
