After Ferguson, MO...

...there was Rochester, NY. Has anyone seen any national outrage or even significant reporting of this killing in the mainstream media?
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WIVB) – Three shots were fired Wednesday night after a traffic stop in Rochester and one claimed the life of Officer Daryl R. Pierson.

Police say Pierson and his 41-year-old partner, Michael DiPaola, were providing backup for a unit attempting to stop 38-year-old Thomas Johnson III on Hudson Avenue around 9:25 p.m. on Wednesday. The suspect and another person fled on foot and police say Johnson fired once, hitting Pierson. Police say Pierson never had the opportunity to draw his weapon.
Pierson’s partner shot at and hit Johnson, who he then took into custody. As Johnson was falling to the ground, he accidentally discharged a second round, hitting an innocent bystander. The .25-caliber gun was later found on Hudson Avenue...

Pierson, an 8-year veteran of the force, later died at Rochester General Hospital. The U.S. Army National Guard veteran was 32-years-old and leaves behind his wife, a 4-month-old baby and a child that just started kindergarten the day he was killed...

Remember this the next time we hear whining and moaning about the police using "excessive force" and "racial profiling" when making a routine traffic stop. Personally, I'm surprised the officer's partner didn't empty his magazine into the scumbag perp considering he could easily have justified using lethal force in self defense.

But wait...there's also Memphis!

A rabid teen mob swarmed a Tennessee grocery parking lot and attacked people at random, including two young workers who tried to help and were knocked out by Halloween pumpkins, a sickening video shows.

As many as 100 to 125 kids were involved in the brutal attacks outside the Memphis Kroger store Saturday night that may have been part of a "knockout game"-style challenge aimed at injuring innocent people, a witness told local WREG-TV.

Since this is black on white crime, it's apparently not considered newsworthy by the MSM and also doesn't seem to qualify as a hate crime. Once again, no outrage or protests, no burning or looting, no public outcry for "justice" (whatever that is) being brought to these teenage black gang members; life just goes on in the pesthole called Memphis. What's funny and pathetic is the city officials carping about "lack of parental control" instead of treating these street rats like the criminals they are. The ironic thing about this incident is imagining the h*ll that would have been raised if one of the victims had been carrying a concealed weapon and had defended himself against his attackers. He likely would have been vilified in the press and riots would have ensued due to his shooting at "unarmed teenagers".

This "knockout" phenomena needs to be dealt with vigorously. It plays into dangerous stereotypes harmful to the black community. Moreover, it's racially polarizing to the extent more and more whites will seek to avoid interaction with the black community. Just this past week, the Atlanta Hawks co-owner self-reported an email he had written wherein he suggested 70% black crowds at Hawks games were scaring away whites. Because of making this racially tinged comment, Levenson is selling his interest in the team. We are at the point race cannot be discussed openly or privately without fear of recrimination. Our society is being choked by politcal correctness.

Thank goodness for "post-racial" America and transparency. If we didn't have the skunk in chief who knows what things would be like.

I caught a few words about this on Rush's show today. From what little I heard, I believe he was speculating that Levinson was using this as an excuse to dump his ownership share in this lousy franchise, along with the hip-hop culture that surrounds the NBA. The racism and cultural rot within the black community has only worsened since Barack Hussein Obama became POTUS, and his AG Eric Holder has probably done more than anyone to exacerbate the problem. We can only expect incidents like the ones cited in the OP to become more common so long as the American public keeps re-electing weak, ineffective incumbents to Congress and incompetent fools like Obama who ignore the laws of the land to enhance their political gains.

And as long as we the white race don't demand justice when it is a hate crime it will never stop but all true hate crimes should be treated as a wrongful crime and punishment should included a death penalty

Hate crimes are a "thought crime" that should not exist.

A crime is a crime. It is not up to the "white race", it is up to people to demand better.
