On ACORN's Website, Head Nut Bertha Lewis posted a final parting shot, er, em, I mean statement. In it said ACORN was the victim of its own “highly effective strategies” that succeeded in “catching the attention of right-wing media and its proponents.”And that ACORN was subjected to a “barrage of unmitigated accusations,” but even as the “extremists” attacking it “increased their radicalism, we continued to make a difference for families in each and every corner of our nation.”
Which is ACORN "code" for, "Because of our exhaustively documented 40-year track record of corruption and illegal activities, Congress finally cutting off our funding, and so we be outta bidness."

There should be criminal investigations by the DOJ into EVERYTHING that they were involved in. There should also be criminal investigations into many if not all of those who worked for them. Was not Obama involved with that bunch at one point? I mean directly, not just a "money funneler".
