AC question

This may not make sense but on ours if the temp control knob (colder/warmer knob) is turned all the way to the left it blows out warm. Turn it three clicks to the right and it will freeze you out.

Now that sounds like a bad segment in the varriable resistor, and for what they want for that switch I would turn the 3 clicks and carry on. like it sounds you are doing, at least until I ran out of "cold clicks" :)

Has any of the parts changers actually checked the truck to see what if any codes the module could be throwing out or did a diag on the system?

The A/C is controlled by the ECM and a module that can turn the compressor clutch off say if there is a blockage in the expansion valve.

AND another question, is your sleeper A/C system spliced into the truck system?

Parts changers is a good name for them.

Yes, no codes.

Yes, AC is tied into the sleeper.
