Convoy Time!

Lawrence will there be a certain parking area or reserved area for those that register for the convoy? When we attended the Make A Wish Convoy in Lancaster, PA there areas for those that just wanted to be a part of the convoy and special parking up front for those that raised the most money. The ones that raised the most money had a sign in their window saying how much. This seems like it would work pretty slick at the Expo.

Having designated parking would also reassure those who have a good parking spot that they will get their spot back.

jeannie was trying to work something out for the convoy trucks, an area for those taking part. the normal spots up front by the door are being used this year for the truck beauty show entries.

I know there will be a staging area for the Convoy. As we get closer to the event, I'm sure the folks from Convoy will have some other parking plans.

This is a great addition and will help bring awareness to the great work that so many individuals and Bolt have done to promote the Great Lakes Convoy for a Cure.

so long as we stop @ the Cat-Scale for a 'weigh for the cure', that's was fun!.
{maybe during the Pajama walk?}

The TA at Jeffersonville is expecting us for our weigh-in and photo-op. They are going to let us use their reserved spots. Since we are asking for bobtails (unless the trailer is sporting cancer awareness ribbons), there should be enough room.
