I read that one last night as well.....
I enjoy these types of stories.
Bout 30 years ago I worked with a Polish fellow...he was tatooed...Auchwitz....some of the stories he told...I don't know how he sleeps at night...
It likely took years before he could sleep without nightmares. It always just flat out amazes me just how evil some people can be.
I mean that was like beyond human...the Nazis were just plain Evil....
One game he told me about and I remember was musical chairs, they'd take like 4 people and make them play..of course the loser gets shot on the spot....they liked watching the prisoners fight over the last chair.....so the prisoners finally refused to fight so the Nazis just shot them all....game over....
Evil is always with us. We have to been on our guard at all times. It is easy to believe that it will never come back. No one wants to think that the horror that was Nazi Germany could ever happen again, but it has and it will again.
The Taliban are real close to this...they MUST be wiped out or severely contained....
Yeah, and much of the same thing is going on in China and let's not forget the Russians, they would LOVE to return to their old ways. Iran and North Korea are not much different.
Lets hope they never get together....we have to them fighting amongst themselves...
