Does anyone know where I can get the high & low pressure lines that connect into the A/C condesor for a FL80 with a cat 3126?

A good shop that makes that kind of stuff should be able to bend them providing they can make the ends so they will fit. Better ?, what is wrong with them that you are replacing them.

I would agree. Most large towns will have a place that can fabricate something like that.

The high pressure line cracked. I bought the condesor from an online dealer for a great price, the shop says they need to do both the high & low lines. They are $500 from the dealer.

If the lines cracked where they are welded to the end that bolts to the condenser, take them and have them welded again. Ours cracked at this point about 2.5 years ago. The a/c shop sent them to a welding shop who repaired them for us. They have been fine every since. Better welds than the factory puts on them. Another piece of advice, if you are at a dealership its no wonder they want to replace instead of repair. A/c is a/c, vehicle doesnt matter. Take it to good a/c shop. Thats all they do. You will get much better service and a/c shops are all over the place.

The high pressure line is shot. I tried welding it & I made i worse. They want to replace the lower line because I think they feel if that when they try to take it off the ol condesnor it will break off.

It's not the dealer, it's a regular truck mechanic. But I am supllying the parts to keep cost down.

I will look into an A/C shop, although i've never seen any around here.
