Any info on the expediter life would be helpful too!

Do you guys ever stay in a hotel on down days? Or do you have to be ready to go at all hours?

Yes, we occasionally rent a motel room. Best to rent on week-end when you are in an area it is unlikely you will get loaded. We have on occasion rented a room and then received a load. Well, load comes first so bye-bye room. :D

Not really an o/o they don't pay upkeep or anything. Blair is a fleet owner they are drivers. I'm guessing the weekly lease is an attempt to stay clean with the IRS and pass some costs to the driver.

More like a driver for rent....like the Prime lease purchase....they never own the trucks they lease..Or should I say lease-purchase.

Not really there is never a promise or even potential of ownership.

Does Blaire cover QualCom, & Insurance(s) and any other residuals in regard to running for them?. If so a 1200 mile week @ $.60 = $720.00 minus $186.00 for fuel @ $3.10 at 20 mpg. Leaves $534.00. If it's a Diesel he's probably paying close to $205 for fuel.

There sprinters so no gas. They don't have QC but at one time charged for a GPS tracking thing. My guess is that's rolled into the 75.00 now. Don't know for sure but educated guess says the 75.00 plus fuel nothing else van wise.

Your also paying for fuel on all dh if nothing has changed. So you could be paying it on just a guess say 25% dh.

On that kind of plan they likely are, or.....you are silently penalized for turning something down.
