Good Afternoon! Sorry we haven't been able to post before now!
We have been running hard right from the expo!
It was a pleasure to meet all of you and be able to put names with faces! It was refreshing to see commradery still exists in the industry! Sindy and I learned alot from you all, but, we still have alot to learn! Thank you Lawrence! We hope to make it bigger an better next year! Linda and Bob Caffee! (yes Bob does exist!lol) Genie, Susie, Cherie, Layoutshooter and his "BETTER HALF"!lol Jack Berry and his wife , Transporter, who sent me into diabetic shock with those awesome buttermilk pies! This was our first bbq, we have an idea what to expect now so we will be working very closely with one another to streamline everything! Making sure everything on the menu gets cooking at the correct times! Getting the charcoal started way earlier and getting the food prepared sonner are some of the things I personally will be focusing on! And I cannot forget to mention the world famous ONTARIO VAN MAN! Thanks for helping with the grilling! Everyone was a huge help to making it all happen! Sindy and I had a blast on America's Truckin' Network with Bubba Bo, had alot of good calls! (Linda Caffee!)lol, she was totally exhausted and managed to call in and give her summary on the show! Very few negatives! Mostly positive! We have totally enjoyed the experience and learned alot! Thanks Everybody!
