99 will not run please help!!

i have a 1999 freightliner fl70, it has the cat enigne in it and i know it is the small one. the truck will not run. it will start and idle for about 4-5 minutes. it will not even start on ether. to get it to run again you have to pump hand pump on top of the engine. then it will only run fo1r another5 minutes then dies again. please help. thank you

Temperature where you are? When was the last time it ran OK and under what circumstances? Last time fueled? Condition of all fuel filters & water separator?

the temp today was in the low 40's, we changed the filters today because we thought that was it, it wasnt. the last time it ran great was 2 weeks ago when the temps were low teens about 15-20 outside. fuel was put in it about last week and running condidtion has gotten worse till it is what it is now.

Go get some of that 911 stuff in the red container, dump some in each tank and if you have a Davco filter, take the little top off of it and dump some in there. Then start the engine.
