34 hour reset rules suspended?

Hello all,

I was on the fmcsa website and read that the rules for using the 34 hour reset has been suspended.

Does this mean I no longer have to wait 168 before I can use the 34 hour reset again? Am I reading this correctly?

Yes that is correct. That happened a few weeks back. No more 168hrs. and you may use the restart more than once a week.

Yes, you can do a restart at any time, as many times as you want, and it no longer requires the 1-5 time periods as well
