I think I'll do day 1 and day 2, the rest of other days won't fit the schedule. Let's see if only 1 and 2 will have some effects at the end of 30 days.

Let's hope those grumpy drivers will participate(Yup, I can say this now because I haven't started day 3 yet, lol):):)

This would be a great time to start a happiness journal.

Start doing cardio for at least 15 minutes a day.

Keep doing this for 26 more days.

Fifth Day:
Start Meditating for five minutes for a day. Continue for 25 more days.

This is one that I will have a hard time with as my mind wanders way to much. Maybe with practice I can get this to work!
