As far as I am concerned it is... If I were to get to that point I don't need anybody's permission to take my own life. My wife's 97 year old grandmother decided she had enough and quit eating. Only took her about a week. And there are any number of available medications available through illegal means if that is my choice.

Legal? It should be. The Federal/State/local government should have ZERO to do with it. IF they are in control, it will, sooner or later, be used as a tool to eliminate people.

Government is inherently evil and should be controlled. It should NEVER be allowed to control.
