Hey every one, I am working on a 2016 Hino 268 and I have a code P016F abnormality in common rail pressure control, anyone have had this issue? what was the fix?

Ive had multiple suction side fuel issues with that code. Inspect the tank, fuel lines and the frame mount fuel filter. Remove the filter and look in the fuel bowl for debris.remove the orange plastic flapper valve and look for debris lodged under it. I have seen multiple times body companys drill a hole in the fuel tank for a reefer fuel pick up tube. They let all the shavings fall in the tank and they plug up the inlet at the filter housing. How many miles?
