The truck ran for 10 hours + and then wouldn't restart after shutdown.
It will start with key on using a screw driver to jump the solenoid on the starter.

Any ideas?

Starting system.
Without being there your going to have to chase down the wires and follow the current and see what's getting juice and what's not. But it does sound like its not the starter motor itself. A relay,, solenoid,, broken wire,, fuse,, Ign switch? No way of telling from here.. Sounds like it will be a easy fix once ya get to troubleshooting it.

I had the same problem w/FL70 & now have a starter button on the dash,it's real easy to hookup, run a wire from the fusebox to the button & another from the button to the solenoid, end of problem.

There's a starter fuse in the cab, a starter/glow fusible link in the external fuse box, a starter relay, starter cut relay, and transmission range switch.

Id check physical connections on starter and the fuses first. And put it in neutral while holding key to crank. Wiggle the shifter.
