2012 Hino 338 coolant leaks

Hi, Guys

I noticed a puddle of coolant on the ground after a day of work. It seems to be that the coolant reservoir is overflowing and the fan is blowing coolant under the hood. Also the temperature gauge does not rise to the working range. It stays like a quarter.
After this all seems to be normal. Do you think is the thermostat?

Maybe water pump.

The gauge thing is probably thermostat.

Make sure the hose under the recovery tank's cap is attached. Sometimes they fall off, into the recovery tank. This means the tank will fill but no coolant ever returns to the radiator.

Either that or it blew the head gasket.
