Many hospitals should have their accreditation pulled. Even the horror-laden hospitals have first rate billing departments, though. Priorities.

So surgeons should use Ar-15's and knives instead of scalpels, and use beer and a hammer for anesthesia. Should cut down on hospital visits.

It used to be that if you had a commercial driver's license yanked in one state you could just go to another state and get a new commercial driver's license. They did away with that by going with national CDL license.

Doctors on the other hand are licensed by each individual state. Lose your license in one state go setup in another state and kill more people.

A lot of professionals are licensed by the state, and when they apply for a license in another state, the specific Board in charge does a background check, to ensure the license is valid, so I don't think so.
