In answer to the OP, the seminars are the reason to go to the expo. It's great getting to see friends etc. but the seminars are the real reason. There will be at least a few that will provide information you don't have and maybe didn't even know you need. It's definitely worth going if at all possible.

Yeap Ken and I are friends but i will not try to defend those comments becaue they are his opinions...they do not match mine, but must be his...that being said, they wre made on another website...not another forum here on EO, but another site altogether...that I believe is a COC violation in itself...I also believe that Lawarnce has already address this with Ken in private where this should have stayed...I have no issue with Dave at all, I don't know him and wouldn't know him if he walked into the room...but that was wrong....

I think this does nothing but open the door for a whole alot of more "stuff".....

Just an FYI to anyone looking to get a room at the on site Holiday Inn. I just made my reservations and was notified that they only had 3 rooms left that were open for that weekend. So if you want to stay there and not in your truck better hurry up and reserve your room. When they do sell out there are a few other nice hotels in Wilmington that I have stayed at before, but they are about 8-10 miles away from the Expo center.

We stayed at a Wilmington motel last year but I don't recall the name now. It was nice enough and way less expensive than the expo hotel. Since I don't drink it was worth the few miles drive in the van.

I just booked 3 so they must be gone now.

I was told you made some great tasting pies last year. I was there but had to get back home after the Expo. I seen you folks cooking out and having a great time.
