EO runs the expedite section at MATS. The EO get together is there. Networking is easy to do. Move from booth to booth to introduce yourself and exchange cards. Stand in one place and strike up conversations with people passing by. There is a good chance they will share your expediting interest.
Or you can check the parking lot for the EO group, usually with TeamCaffee in the center of it.
The EO booth is really hit or miss for meeting other members, but there were 5 trucks parked side by side in just one group of us last spring (that I know of, there may have been others as well). Our group had tables & chairs & cookout grills, and we enjoyed the show very much, and got to meet some new folks, as well.
The more, the merrier!

We enjoy the show and would love to go. If we find ourselves close we will. We won't be going out of our way this year, we have to work as much as we can to recover from this cargo box saga. FedEx has a breakfast for drivers every year. It is a great place to catch up with friends and exchange ideas. We enjoy looking at all the toys too. Layoutshooter
There are so many people at MATS it is very difficult to find people you should recognize much less someone you do not know.
We need a really bright lanyard maybe to identify us EO Groupies that is totally different then all the others that are given away. Maybe a cool bag to carry around with us that has a HUGE EO on the side and can only be given to forum members that have a screen name.
From the sounds of things there should be a huge group of expediters over in the Papa John’s free parking area also. MATS has a shuttle service that runs back and forth to the Papa John’s parking area so no problems getting back and forth to the show. For those of us that have pets there is a great grassy area for them just bring your pooper scoopers!
